  • SILVER Sponsor $500

    • Sponsor space is reserved.
    • One quarter-page ad in Northdale Newsletter (online)
    • Your company’s web ad and a link to your company’s website from Northdale’s website for 6 months
    • Your company’s logo on festival shirts. RSVP and send your logo by April 1st to guarantee inclusion.
    • Silver sponsors receive two (2) festival shirts.
    • We will provide one 10x10 freestanding shade canopy.
    • We provide two 6-foot tables and two chairs.

  • BRONZE Sponsor $250

    • Sponsor space is reserved.
    • We provide one 6-foot table and two chairs.

  • Campaign Sponsor $250

    We will provide campaign sponsors a table, 2 chairs and an assigned location. We recommend that you bring a 10x10 shade canopy for your comfort. Sponsors can promote their campaign by handing out promotional material at the event. The festival offers a great opportunity to meet and greet hundreds of our visitors.

  • Food Vendor Space $250

    Food Vendor Instructions:
    Setup hours are 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M. day of event.
    *All food vendors must be in the park by 9:00 A.M.
    We will have volunteers on hand to direct you to your assigned location.
    Please drive slowly and watch out for pedestrians.
    Please provide any trash bags and cans needed for your workspace (non-public use).
    We request that you stay for the duration of the event.
    This is an outside event and access to electricity is limited.
    Event will be held rain or shine.

  • Food Sponsor

    We do not charge food sponsors a table fee. We ask that food sponsors give out small food samples from their menu. About 2,500 samples should be sufficient. We offer participants additional exposure to your business by offering the following:
    • Opportunity to include a business flier, coupon, or other marketing material at one Northdale OWLS monthly meeting (400 seniors in attendance). It is the vendor’s responsibility to supply the copies. Please bring the items to the festival’s NCA Information table.
    • Your company’s logo on festival shirts*.
    *RSVP and send your logo by April 1st to guarantee inclusion.
    • Food Sponsors will receive two festival shirts.
    • We provide a table where our volunteers will hand out your advertising material and coupons to festival guests. It’s the vendor’s responsibility to bring copies to the festival’s NCA Information table.
    • We provide two six-foot tables, two chairs and assign you a reserved space.
