Northdale Family Fun Festival & Parade

Northdale’s biggest celebration is here! The Family Fun Festival and Parade is a day packed with excitement, featuring live entertainment, delicious food, games, and activities for all ages. Connect with neighbors in this annual tradition that brings the community together!

Festivities kick off at 10AM with a parade led by the Gaither High School Marching Band!

Food Vendors will be present to offer additional options and supply to the community.

Support Northdale’s biggest event! Choose a sponsorship level and gain visibility while helping make the Family Fun Festival & Parade a success!

TIER 01

GOLD Sponsor

Your choice of available reserved sponsor space.
Your company logo on festival fliers and all festival advertising (RSVP is required by February 18th to guarantee inclusion on all printed copies).
One full-page ad in the Northdale News (online).
Your company’s web ad and a link to your company’s website from Northdale’s website for 1 year.
Display table at one Northdale OWLS meeting (a $110 value).
Your company's logo on festival shirts. Gold sponsors receive three (3) festival shirts. (Send your logo by April 1st to guarantee inclusion).
Special acknowledgment announcement on event day.
We provide two 6-foot tables and two chairs. We will provide one 10x10 freestanding shade canopy.

TIER 02

SILVER Sponsor

Sponsor space is reserved.
One quarter-page ad in Northdale News (online).
Your company’s web ad and a link to your company’s website from Northdale’s website for 6 months.
Your company's logo on festival shirts. Silver sponsors receive two (2) festival shirts. (Send your logo by April 1st to guarantee inclusion).
We provide two 6-foot tables and four chairs. Sponsors may bring a 10x10 freestanding shade canopy.

TIER 03

BRONZE Sponsor

TIER 04

Campaign Sponsor

Sponsor assigned location.
We will provide campaign sponsors a table and two (2) chairs.
Sponsors can promote their campaign by handing out promotional material at the event.
We recommend that you bring a 10x10 shade canopy for your comfort.
The festival offers a great opportunity to meet and greet hundreds of our visitors.

TIER 05

Food Truck Space

Foodtruck space is reserved.
Your company's logo on festival shirts. Food sponsors receive two (2) festival shirts (Send your logo by April 1st to guarantee inclusion).
We provide two six-foot tables and two chairs assign to you a reserved space.
We provide a table where our volunteers will hand out your advertising material and coupons to festival guests.
We do not charge food sponsors a table fee.
We ask that food sponsors give out small food samples from their menu. About 2,500 samples should be sufficient.

We offer participants additional exposure to your business by offering the opportunity to include a business flier, coupon, or other marketing material at one Northdale OWLS monthly meeting (400 seniors in attendance). It is the vendor’s responsibility to supply the copies.
